Each morning, students work through personalized, adaptive lessons in math, reading, science and more — moving on only once they’ve truly mastered a concept.

Guides, not lecturers
Adults at Alpha are guides and coaches. Their job is motivation, mentorship and emotional support, not standing at a whiteboard.

Afternoons for life skills
The rest of the day goes to workshops: public speaking, entrepreneurship, teamwork, financial literacy, fitness and passion projects.

Mastery over seat time
Kids advance when they’re ready — not when the calendar says so. Gaps get filled, and fast learners aren’t held back.

No homework
Because the school day is focused and efficient, evenings belong to family, sports, hobbies and rest.
